Job Description

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Jr. Content Marketing Specialist to work for our client based in Santa Clara, CA. The qualified Jr. Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing content, initiating requests, as well as, analyzing and executing content. This is a fully remote consulting role that spans over six months.

Responsibilities:

• Manage content for.com web properties
• Initiate requests within project request system and site QA review and process
• Manage regular site refreshes for product/solution detail pages
• Responsible for analyzing and executing against metadata files and core web content strategy objectives
• Maintain of master metadata form
• Execute on asset expiration requirements, supply suggested on-page replacement assets and communicate with content authors
• Work with content marketing writers to obtain required copy for on-page placement for asset postings

Qualifications:

• Responsible, self-starter, proactive, and flexible
• Takes ownership of learning, understanding and communicating full process
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
• Must have prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system
• 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing

Location: Fully remote

Duration: Six-month contract
